We offer a full day Kindergarten program from 7:50 AM – 2:45 PM.

Our Kindergarten program follows the NYS Common Core Curriculum and is the beginning of formal learning. Students follow an academic schedule in the morning. Reading, phonics, vocabulary, spelling and writing are stressed. Most, if not all of our students, leave Kindergarten reading. Math is also formally introduced. Basic addition and subtraction skills are taught. In the afternoon, students are more formally introduced to science and social studies.

The religion program continues to develop and strengthen values such as kindness, respect, responsibility and honesty. The overall goal is to continue to create a positive self-image and build self-esteem. Daily prayer helps to continue a child’s belief in God and God’s continuing love for each of us
