  • Magnets: pull on, or attract, certain metals, such as iron.

  • Conducting heat: a kind of matter that lets heat move through them easily.

  • Texture: is how an object feels.

  • Elements: are the building blocks of matter.

  • Water: is made up of the elements hydrogen and oxygen.
